Shipping Policy

All items purchased at Crafty Kits will be shipped via Australia Post within 2-3 business day.

Shipping fees will be calculated on checkout based on the parcel weight, dimensions, and your location.

 

All parcels will be trackable, and a tracking number will be provided to you upon confirmation of posting. 

 

If you require your kit in a hurry, I recommend you choose express post or click and collect. Click and collect is available from Ferntree Gully, Victoria.

We will post Internationally, and prices will be displayed upon checkout.

Crafty Kits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Crafty Kits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or Crafty Kits to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
